Crossfit's ideology that "if you have a body you are an athlete" is truly inspiring and really extraordinary. With this website I'm hoping to show people the benefits of fitness that Crossfit has provided me.
What makes Crossfit fascinating to me compared to various other varieties of exercise?
First, the intensity it needs.
Second, the objective method it uses to gauge results and progress. It's truly everything about establishing a competition with yourself to further improve your strength.
Third and lastly , the group aspect of Crossfit that encourages people to attempt it. Having your peers support you on and motivate you to succeed is a terrific experience and makes the training more fulfilling.
