Crossfit's ideology that "if you have a body you are an athlete" is truly inspiring and really great. With this blog I'm hoping to provide other people the perks of fitness that Crossfit has given me.
What makes Crossfit fascinating to me opposed to other kinds of exercise?
First, the intensity it requires.
Second, the fair manner it uses to measure results and progress. It's truly everything about making a challenge with oneself to further improve your strength.
Third and lastly , the group aspect of Crossfit that urges people to have a go at it. Having your peers support you on and motivate you to thrive is a terrific experience and makes the exercise more enjoyable.
