East River Partners is presently focused on eight jobs, 6 in Brooklyn and two in Manhattan. Four of the Brooklyn projects remain in the Park Slope area. With such a need, it's difficult for families, or people who want to start households, to discover multiple-bedroom houses. At least 5 of the Brooklyn properties established by East Rivers Partners are multiple-bedroom and not all them cost 7 figures. On completion of Manhattan opposite the synagogue, ERP is updating the houses at 272-276 West 86th St., on the Upper West Side.
These locations are estates initially created by designer C.P.H. Gilbert. All of the modern features enjoyed in ERP's Park Slope apartment or condos will be brought to this project. The apartments all will have more than three bed rooms, so for useful functions they'll still be mansions, however estates with a modern touch. Many people want to live in Manhattan and Brooklyn, but the area is restricted. East River Partners creates area with its outside-the-box thinking.
